Blooming Spring Perennials
Spring has sprung and so have the perennial flowers! We are enjoying all of our colorful spring blooming perennials right now and want to share our favorite blooming perennials with you! Foxglove (Digitalis)
Hummingbirds like the flowers on this old time favorite with vertical blooms. Favorite Varieties:

Clematis
This perennial vine is a favorite for mailbox plantings. Shorter varieties are excellent for container plantings and taller varieties for arbors, fences and trellis’s.

Salvia
(Sage) nemorosa or superba – Depending on weather Salvia usually starts to bloom in spring then continues into the summer. Erect blooms usually about 2 to 3 feet tall, in shades of violet, blue and white will attract butterflies to the garden. Favorites:

Favored for there wide selection of cheerful colors and clove like scent and often used for groundcover, edging and in rock gardens. Favorites:
