Chirba Chirba Dumpling – Once upon a time, there were 4 friends who loved to make and eat dumplings. After many trips to foreign lands where much delicious street food was discovered (and eaten), the 4 friends decided to bring their favorite dumplings to the streets to share with all from a food truck. “We are excited to bring you an Asian street fare food truck specializing in Chinese dumplings. After years of dumpling studies through extensive tasting, pleating, and learning secret family recipes, we have developed a menu that we think you’ll love. ” @ChirbaChirba

The Humble Pig – We are a husband and wife BBQ slingin’, food truck operatin’ team. We moved to Cary, NC in the summer of 2007, and for the last 5 years we have fallen in love with The Triangle and all it has to offer us and our daughter. In 2011 our family went through a corporate lay off. We decided to make things happen for ourselves this time around & make a change. We felt the best way to help change what we find to be an ever growing problem was, keep our money as local as possible. We took what was a labor of love for friends and family, and turned it into a business that would try to support us, as well as give back to our community in some small way. @thehumblepig
Olde North State BBQ – Many moons ago, some good friends of our got married and we held a pig pickin’ for them as part of their reception. We had so much fun at that one that we started began hosting our own each fall. Both sides of the family had grown cooking pigs at various pig pickin’s across the county, but for the first time, we were all in the same area at the same time. We invited all our friends and the tradition was born.People began saying we should open a restaurant. We toyed with the idea but didn’t want to jump into that end of the ocean yet. Then in 2010, we noticed food trucks springing up. That year, when people said open a restaurant, we said no, but maybe a food truck. @ONSBBQ

Sweet Traditions by LeAne – “Throughout my life I have been lucky enough to share wonderful memories and traditions with my family and friends. Memories of my Granny baking cakes are so vivid that I can still smell her house after a batch of baking. She was a 4′ tall spitfire that could bake like no one else! She taught my Mom how to bake her special recipes and then my Mom taught me. Now, I am following the family tradition and want to share these wonderful desserts with your family. These truly amazing cakes and cupcakes will quickly become a tradition in your family!”
