Flora and Food Trucks 2015
Enjoy gourmet, local food while surrounded by beautiful blooms. The third annual Fairview Garden Center Flora and Food Trucks series will feature some of the most popular and delicious food trucks in the Triangle. These events will take place on spring Saturdays, March 28 through May 23, 11:30 AM until 2:30 PM at 8224 Holly Springs Rd. in Raleigh, North Carolina.
“From dumplings to ice cream, gourmet cakes and unique deli creations, Flora and Food Trucks will have something to satisfy everyone’s taste buds,” says Fairview Marketing Director Heather Rollins. “Our acres of tropical greenhouses and nursery filled with bright blooms create the perfect atmosphere for a weekend indulgence of flowers and food.”
The events are family friendly and admission is free. The food trucks will charge their regular prices for the food offered. Each event day will feature one savory and one sweet food truck. Participating food trucks include Chirba Chirba Dumpling, Sweet Traditions, CockADoodleMoo, JAM Ice Cream, The All American, Chez Moi, Porchetta, The Parlour, Thai Street Food, Baguetteaboutit, Cocoa Forte and Bulkogi. The Fairview Garden Center hours of operation are 9 AM to 6 PM Monday through Saturday, Sundays 1 PM to 5 PM.
